MTO Purchasing Agreement

By completing a purchase, you agree that your merchandise will be fabricated and shipped using an MTO model to maintain an eco-friendly supply chain and affordable pricing. All merchandise is made to order and will be received directly from our supplier in order to provide expedited delivery. Due to the MTO model and time needed to create custom goods, merchandise may take up to 15-20 business days to be received from the date of purchase. Please retain all packaging for 7 days post-receipt in the event that your purchase qualifies for replacement.

If you have not received your order after 20 business days from the date of purchase, please contact us via e-mail at info@quan.store with the subject line "Delivery Inquiry for Order # [Insert Order Number]." We will investigate the whereabouts of your order through our distributor within 3 business days of the date that we receive your e-mail. Depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a gift card that totals the value of the order in full or partially.
