Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy

There are NO returns or exchanges except in the below listed special circumstances. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Conditions for exchanges:

In order for merchandise to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were received within the last 7 days

  • The goods are in their original packaging

  • The goods are defective, damaged or personalization is incorrect

Please contact us via e-mail at info@quan.store with the subject line "Replacement Request Order # [Insert Order Number]." We will submit a replacement order through our distributor within 5 business days of the day that we receive your returned merchandise. You will not incur any fees for a replacement.
